Nigeria’s former President, Muhammadu Buhari, has praised President Bola Tinubu for performing well since his assumption of office despite the economic hardship experienced by Nigerians across the country.
He spoke with the Comptroller-General of Customs and his Management Team visited him in Daura, Katsina State.
The former president, during the visit on Sunday, noted: “There isn’t much anybody can do to help the country at this time,” adding that Nigeria is “so complex”.

According to Buhari, governing Nigeria is a tough job for anyone.
He said: “I thank you very much for coming.
“I very much appreciate it. I thought Tinubu has done very well.
“Nigeria is so complex.
“Really, there isn’t much anybody can do.”
Buhari however appealed to Nigerians to endure the economic hardship in the country and support the policies and programmes of the current administration.
