Suicide bombers, according to a report by Vanguard newspaper, on Friday afternoon struck at two locations in Borno State.
The affected areas are Kimba in Biu Local Government Area and Sabon-Ngeri.
The newspaper said the number of injured or dead was unknown as at press time.
Dreaded sect, Boko Haram, is suspected to be behind the bombings.
The Boko Haram insurgency started from Borno State.
