The Court of Appeal has sacked Attai Aidoko’s as the representative Kogi East Senatorial District.
The court pronounced the senator sacked on Monday.
It declared Idoko’s seat vacant.
By this judgement, the Independent National Electoral Commission is expected to conduct fresh election to fill the vacant post.
