A former Governor of Zamfara State, Alhaji Abdul’aziz Yari, has commiserated with his former Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, Alhaji Ibrahim Dosara, over the death of his mother.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Hajiya Zainab Dosara died on Sunday in Gusau at the age of 87, after brief illness.
NAN also reports that Yari’s condolence message was to his former aide at his Dosara Village in Maradun Local Government area by a delegation led by the state Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Alhaji Sani Musa.
He described the death of Dosara’s mother as a great loss, not only to the Dosara family, but to the entire state.
The former governor described the deceased as a mother who devoted her entire life to service to humanity.
He prayed to Allah to forgive her shortcomings and grant her Aljanah Firdaus.
Responding, Dosara, who is the Chairman, Standard Voice Television Station, Gusau and member of state APC Publicly Committee, thanked the governor for the visit.
Also, the state APC Chairman, Alhaji Lawal Liman, in statement issued in Gusau, prayed Allah to forgive the deceased and give the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
“I am using this medium to, on behalf of the entire APC members in the state, condole people of Dosara town, Maradun Local Government area and Zamfara state in general over this great loss”, Liman said.
NAN reports that the late Hajia Dosara was survived by four children and 102 grand children.
