Dr Fayemi who stated that the government’s advocacy for the national dialogue “seems to be a ploy to divert attention from the administration’s mishandling of issues” , added that the Federal Government does not need the national dialogue to honour the agreement it made with the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), leading to “trust deficit that immediately disqualifies this administration from supervising a national dialogue”
