Alhaji Ibrahim Dingyadi, the Director General of the State Emergency Management Agency, disclosed this on Saturday when the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar III, visited the IDPs to condole with them over the sad incident.

Abubakar made the call in Sokoto in a statement signed by Prof. Sambo Junaidu, Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Religious Affairs to the Sultanate Council.

Abubakar made the call on Friday in Sokoto while addressing the 51st Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference of Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Nigeria, tagged: “Caliphate 2017.”
