Fawole, who captained IICC Shooting Stars during the ill-fated final of the African Champions Cup now (CAF Champions League) against Zamalek of Egypt in Lagos in 1984, died of heart failure, otherwise known as cardiac arrest, according to his immediate younger brother, Harry Ogbein
