Okafor, a Lecturer at the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU), gave the advice in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Umuahia, the Abia State capital Saturday.

The order, which was signed by Justice Kelvin Wosu, was obtained by the state Board of Internal Revenue over the non-remittance of N120,751,998 tax by the management of the institution.

The petition was brought to the Senate on Wednesday
