Super Eagles struggle to hold Kenya to a draw

Substitute, Nnamdi Oduamadi scored a stoppage time goal to avert what could have given Harambee Stars of Kenya a massive upset over Super Eagles inside the UJ Essuene Stadium, Calabar, Cross River State.
Kenya was heading for her first victory over Nigeria in any football competition at any level before Oduamadi struck to save the day for Keshi.

Francis Nyambura scored the opener with a stunning free kick that caught Goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama napping in the 36th minute.
Selfish play by Moses in the 40th minute denied Nigeria what could have been an equalizer.
Celtic player, Victor Wanyama, was not too visible in the midfield battle.
Moses again failed to score with only Kenya’s goalkeeper at his mercy in the 45th minute.
The Kenyan goalkeeper was penalized for time wasting by the referee but the free kick from nine yard was wasted again by the Super Eagles as the first half ended 1-0 in favour of the visitors.
Martins’ goal bound header off a Moses free kick deflected to corner four minutes after resumption.

Flat defending from Nigeria almost gave Nyambura a second goal in the 79th minute.
