Star actress, Hilda Dokubo, honoured

Nollywood actress turned politician, Hilda Dokubo, was few days ago honoured in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The ageless Nollywood queen was honoured with Theatre Awards by the Arena Star Awards Celebrity Events Limited, operators of a large event centre called The Arena In Port Harcourt.
Dokubo, who was full of life at the award night, decked in a black evening gown, was seen beaming with smile all through the event.
Recall that she was one of the A-list actresses in the 90s.
So consistent was she during her time that she won the hearts of many marketers and producers because of her artistic prowess.
She was later given a political appointment as special adviser in her state by the ex-Governor Peter Odili-led government then in Rivers State.
The job however took her off the scene for several years.
