The Independent National Electoral Commission has approved the routine re-deployment of nine of its Administrative Secretaries.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Commission, Augusta Ogakwu, and issued to newsmen on Friday in Abuja.
Ogakwu said the re-deployment was with “immediate effect”, adding that the affected administrative secretaries were to conclude handing over processes before February 3.
She listed those affected to include: Evurulobi Chinedu, who was redeployed from Ebonyi State to Imo State; Oluocha Brown from Edo State to Delta State; and Onyekwere E.C. from Imo State to Anambra State.
Also redeployed were Aniemene Chukwu from Akwa Ibom State to Enugu State; T.O.N. Ongene from Delta State to Rivers State; and Mbanaja Charles from Abia State to Ebonyi State.
Oscar Ameachi was redeployed from Anambra State to Edo State; Obijuru Chika from Rivers State to Abia State; while Nathan Owhor was redeployed from Enugu State to Akwa Ibom State.
