The National Chairman of HOSTCOM, Dr. Mike Emuh, told the News Agency of Nigeria in Abuja on Thursday that it was crucial to pass the bill on 10 per cent equity for HOSTCOM and also implement relevant laws on gas flaring, due to the plight of the communities over the years.
