The attempt by the Nigeria Police to arraign two staff members of the Oil and Gas Free Zone Authority over allegations bordering on criminal forgery and falsification of official documents were foiled again Wednesday.

The date was fixed following the absence of Magistrate Emmanuel Iyanna in court on Monday.
The two workers; Wasiu Sule, the Head of Legal Services and Secretary to OGFZA’s Board and Alenju Ngofa, who is the Human Resource Head of the organisation, are facing allegations bordering on forgery and falsification of documents.
Magistrate Mabel Segun-Bello fixed the date through the hearing notices issued and delivered to parties in the suit by the bailiff in accordance with Order 3, Rule 7 of the court.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that a Wuse Zone 2 Magistrate Court, Abuja, on March 16, gave the Commissioner of Police, FCT Command, three weeks to produce two staff of OGFZA; Wasiu Sule, the Head of Legal Services and Secretary to OGFZA’s Board and Alenju Ngofa, who is the Human Resource Head of the organisation, for arraignment.
