The Commission also arrested two members of a certificate forgery syndicate, Sunday Okpara and Abdulrahman Razak, for forging the certificate of the University of Abuja for the two officials of the FRSC.
The Chairman of the ICPC, Prof. Bolaji Owasanoye, while briefing journalists in Abuja, said the Commission will ensure the full implementation of the Manual, which provides step-by-step instructions compiled to help port users carry out routine operations in a simplified format.
