This 24-hour visit to to the Red Sea resort of Sharm Al-Shaikh was not just a “trip to Egypt” as it has been wrongly portrayed, as if it were primarily bilateral in nature or a ritual courtesy call on President Sisi. The purpose was to promote investment and job creation in Nigeria and throughout West, Central and East Africa, together with other African leaders

The organizers say the primary objective of the Forum is to accelerate private sector engagement and investment within Africa. It is also to help develop new ties and partnerships, and to highlight the African opportunity. This meeting is seen as the African international business forum to attend for those concerned with doing serious business in Africa, “the world’s last investment frontier.Indeed, Africa 2016 will provide the platform needed for public and private sector to network, discuss, and further advance African business.”

People may have political issues but in terms of the quality of those people, I haven’t seen any of them that anybody can dismiss as not worthy of his nomination and so, we are going to have a Presidency and a Federal Executive Council manned by men and women that are determined to lead the path of change and all of us can contribute to make that change happen
