
The spokesman of the JTF, Lt. Col. Shamsu Musa, said this on Sunday.
Musa said the suspected Boko Haram members attacked the locations of the JTF in in Jajeri and Abbaganaram.
He said: “Between 5.30 and 7.15 pm, suspected Boko Haram members attacked JTF locations in Jajeri and Abbaganaram.
“The attack was repelled, three suspected Boko Haram members were killed.
“One AK 47 rifle with 200 rounds of 6.722mm special ammunition were recovered.
“Our troop are in pursuit of the sect members and further information would be communicated, as the situation is under control.”
