Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr has submitted a 40-man provisional list of players who will represent Nigeria at next year’s Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
Rohr who was told to quit his role as coach of the Super Eagles is defiant that he will only leave his job when his employers relieve him of his role. He refused to take up the option of resigning.
He’s still going about his job and has already submitted a list of players from where he will pick his final 28-man squad for the AFCON tournament.
Owngoal reports that Spartak Moscow winger, Victor Moses who quit international football after the World Cup in 2018 is in the list.
Moses will be among the players expected to arrive in the camp of the team when it opens on December 28 in Nigeria. Rohr has been given a target of least the final of the tournament.
