FBN Holdings Plc says it is renaming all entities under its Merchant Banking and Asset Management group to boost increased stakeholder value.
A statement by the company on Tuesday in Lagos, said the renamed entities include: FBNQuest Merchant Bank, FBNQuest Asset Management and FBNQuest Securities, FBNQuest Capital, FBNQuest Trustees and FBNQuest Funds.
It said that FBNQuest Merchant Bank during the year was appointed as co-Financial Adviser to the Debt Management Office on the inaugural FGN N100 billion Sukuk offer.
The company said that FBNQuest Merchant Bank also acted as a Joint Issuing House/Book Runner for the Dufil Bond programme.
It said that in spite of the tight monetary conditions, the bond series was successfully distributed to a diversified mix of investors, which included pension fund administrators and insurance companies, among others.
The statement added that FBNQuest Asset Management won the ‘Best Asset Manager award in Nigeria in t=2017, Euromoney Private Banking and Wealth Management Survey awards, among others.
