The Central Bank of Nigeria has revoked the licence of Skye Bank Plc with immediate effect.
The Governor of Central Bank, Godwin Emefiele, disclosed this during a mews conference in Lagos on Friday.
Emefiele said the Bank would now be taken over by Polaris Bank.
The new owner will take over all the assets and liabilities of Skye Bank.
