Armed bandits attack bullion van, cart away N25m, kill policeman

Gunmen on Tuesday attacked a bullion van along the Asaba-Benin Expressway.

The gunmen were said to have carted away N25 million and killed the police escort traveling with the van.

According to available information, the bullion van was attacked between Otulu and Ubulu-Okiti.

The Public Relations Officer of the Delta State Police Command, DSP Andrew Aniamaka, confirmed the development.
