The police in Kwara have vowed to bring to book Folorunsho Ademola, an officer attached to the Counter Terroism Unit of the State Police Command for killing one Sule Abu of Kange village “without any justification”.
In a statement signed by Okasanmi Ajayi, the PRO of Kwara State Command, the force assured the public that justice will be done concerning the issue.
The statement stated: “The officer has been arrested and currently under investigation, if found culpable, he will be dismissed from the Force and charged to court.”
The statement further cautioned police officers to be responsible in discharging their duties in protecting lives and properties and assured the members of the public that the police will always discharged their duties in accordance with laid down rules of the country.
