Anthony Joshua has told Tyson Fury he will be ready for him when he returns to the ring.
Joshua said he is prepared to put his WBA Super and IBF titles on the line against Fury because of the huge public demand to see them fight.
Fury’s bold talk of a comeback next month has failed to materialise and he has not fought since dethroning Wladimir Klitschko to claim the IBF, WBA and WBO titles in November 2015.
But Joshua said he will give his domestic rival another world title shot when he does eventually return.
“It’s big, it’s interesting, it makes a lot of sense,” he said.
