Suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen, has resigned.
Onnoghen turned in his resignation letter on Friday, a day after the National Judicial Council sent its recommendation on his indictment to President Muhammadu Buhari.
The NJC had met to consider the petition against the suspended CJN and Justice I.T. Mohammed.
But it said the resolution would not be made public until President Buhari reacts to it.
