The Federal Government of Nigeria on Wednesday appealed the judgment of a Federal High Court in Lagos which dismissed a $55 million debt recovery suit it filed against Agip Oil Company and Brasoil, over undeclared oil revenue.
The FG is challenging the decision of the lower court’s delivered by Justice Mojisola Olatoregun.
