The donation from Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo), on behalf of itself, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and other co-venture partners, is part of SNEPCo’s intervention to improve child health care and cater for non-COVID-19 cases in the state hospitals.
Elohor is the first female to lead a Shell exploration company in the over 60 years of Shell’s operations in Nigeria.
Speaking at the formal handover ceremony of the projects in Maiduguri on Wednesday, the Borno State Deputy Governor, Alhaji Umar Kadafur, lauded NNPC/SNEPCO for the intervention.
