Otti spoke on Sunday during the Interdenominational Thanksgiving Service for his second anniversary, which was held at Ibeku High School in Umuahia.

He gave the order at a two-day retreat organised for the re-constituted Governing Council of ABSU by the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council, Dr. Agwu U. Agwu.
This is as the Governor has approved the appointment of Dr. Emmanuel Mereibeole, who retired recently from the Federal Ministry of Aviation as a Permanent Secretary, as Special Adviser on Projects to oversee the Abia Airport project.
The move, according to the party, is unconstitutional, undemocratic and a direct affront to the rule of law.
