Nigerian international, Victor Moses, has been linked with a loan move to Stoke City.
The Chelsea winger, according to the Telegraph, is scheduled for a medical at the Britannian Stadium on Saturday morning.
It was however not clear whether the former Wigan star would land a starting spot even at Stoke.
Meanwhile, Moses’ future at Chelsea is shrouded in doubt and it is only his English passport that is keeping him at the Stamford Bridge, having spent last season on loan at Liverpool.
Aston Villa, Sunderland and West Brom have monitored the Nigerian international’s availability with a loan move the most likely outcome.
But because Moses qualifies as a home grown player, he could yet remain in the squad to keep the numbers up.
Should the loan sail through, Moses will be joining up with his Nigerian brother, Osaze Odemwingie.
