Dillish Matthews, the first ever Namibian housemate to win Big Brother Africa, is expected to have arrived home on Wednesday.
Matthews survived 91 days in the house without being evicted, as it happened to all her fellow housemates, who were all booted out by African viewers.
Matthews has won the coveted grand prize of $300.000.
According to Matthews’ spokesperson, Naomi Boys, she was expected to touch down in Namabia around 12:00 at Hosea Kutako International Airport, after which a press conference will follow.
The 22-year-old Matthews has since made the headlines across Africa after she emerged the winner of 2013 edition of Big Brother Africa Season 8, tagged The Chase.
The participating countries were Zimbabwe, Zambia, Ethiopia, Bostwana, Ghana, Malawi, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Angola, Namabia, Nigeria and Sierra Leone.
