The South West zone of the All Progressives Congress has settled for Senator Iyiola Omisore as consensus candidate for the National Secretary as it has come out with a unity list for the ongoing convention at the Eagle Square in Abuja.
With the list, assented by all the five governors of the zone, the convention for the zone may turn out as mere formality.
The list sighted by Eagleonline is made up of 13 zonal officers spread across the five states in the region namely Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Ekiti and Osun states.
Former APC chairman in Ondo state, Isaac Kekemeke, is the proposed candidate for the National Vice Chairman, South West. National Youth Leader is Abdullahi Dayo Israel from Lagos; Deputy National Auditor is Olufemi Egbedeyi (Oyo). National Leader(PWD) is Tolu Bankole from Ogun; National ex Officio is Bunmi Oriniowo (Ekiti); Zonal Secretary, Vincent Bewaji (Ekiti); Zonal Legal Officer, Barrister Ismail Majaro (Oyo); Zonal Woman Leader, Yetunde Adesanya (Ogun); Zonal Organising Secretary, Lateef Aderogba (Lagos); Zonal Youth Leader, Kolade Lawal (Ondo); Zonal Leader, (PWD), Mashood Erubami (Oyo) and Zonal Publicity Secretary, Ayo Afolabi (Osun).
