The Niger State Governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello, on Tuesday effected minor changes in his cabinet. The cabinet reshuffle affected the Commissioner for Land and Housing as well his counterparts in Agriculture and Rural Development and that of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
