She said his offence contravened Section 318 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2011
The convict was prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on a 10 count charge bordering on forgery and possession of fraudulent proposal document to the tune of $4,500
