Hosting representatives of the Pan-African Postal Union Committee on Technology in Abuja on Tuesday, Nigeria’s Postmaster General and boss of the NIPOST, Dr. Ismail Adebayo Adewusi, highlighted the place of technology in the face of new global business ideas and opportunities.
Adewusi was named the Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Postal Service on December 23, 2019 by President Muhammadu Buhari.

The Postmaster-General of the Federation, Dr. Ismail Adebayo Adewusi, disclosed this on Wednesday when he led a team from NIPOST to pay a courtesy call on the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa.
He stated this after emerging as the Second Vice Chairperson of the Pan-African Postal Union after an election that took place in Zimbabwe at the weekend.

Other dignitaries expected at the event on Saturday include Governor Gboyega Oyetola of Osun State; his Lagos State counterpart, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu; Postmaster General of the Federation and CEO of Nigeria Postal Service, Dr. Ismail Adebayo Adewusi.
The meeting, held at the Sheraton Hotels, Ikeja, Lagos on Tuesday, sought to rejuvenate the existing relationship, especially in line with the challenges posed by technology to logistics operations across the world.
