Sallah: State approves one week break for schools

The Kano State Ministry of Education has approved a one week breaks for all primary and secondary schools in the state for the Eid-el Kabir Sallah celebration.

Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Malam Ahmad Tijjani Abdullahi, disclosed this in a statement on Thursday.

Abdullahi said the break, from June 23, 2023, will end on July 1, 2023.

He said while all pupils/students of boarding schools are to resume on July 2, 2023, those in day schools are to resume on July 3, 2023.
