The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, was among dignitaries at the Presidential Wing of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos State to welcome home President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
President Tinubu, who landed at about 5:05pm on Tuesday, had been away to France and the United Kingdom.
The Sallah celebration is scheduled for Wednesday (today).
The Federal Governor had already declared Wednesday and Thursday as holiday for Nigerians to mark the celebration.
