If you thought Week 5’s “no eviction” twist gave housemates breathing space, think again. Biggie cranked up the chaos for Week 6, turning the house into a survival camp while forcing alliances, crushes, and tempers into the spotlight. Here’s how it all unfolded from Monday night to midweek.
Week 6 opened with a double-layer power shuffle. First, Sultana’s interim reign wrapped up after she had picked Big Soso as her HoH lounge guest and stuck Joanna with the dreaded Snail costume. By evening, the real challenge settled things once and for all: Faith smashed the competition to become Head of House, claiming both the lounge and the title of Most Influential Player of the Week.
But Biggie had a bigger plan. He announced “Bare Minimum Week”, stripping away creature comforts: couches vanished, beds were swapped for grass mats, stools replaced chairs, the washing machine disappeared, and even the pool was drained. Cooking reverted to mortar and pestle. Housemates were equal parts amused and horrified with Doris fainting at the thought of hand-washing clothes.
Tuesday flipped the game on its head again. Biggie unleashed a red-envelope hunt, hiding immunity cards around the house. The fallout: only three housemates were safe, HoH Faith, Mensan (who found immunity), and Zita, whom Faith rescued through the Tree of Trinkets. With 19 others automatically up for eviction, and Joanna barred from playing because of her Snail punishment, voting officially opened.
Scarcity soon turned survivalist. With food and rations rationed to the “bare minimum,” tensions erupted in the kitchen. Imisi clashed with Joanna, Faith tried to ration bread and sardines, and Kola waded into the dispute, fanning the flames instead of calming them. The theme may be “bare minimum,” but the drama was maximum.
Not all midweek moments were grim though. Bright Morgan penned a heartfelt letter to Mide, which Biggie had her read out in the Diary Room, a gesture that melted hearts even as Isabella boldly declared her interest in chasing him too. Cue one of the season’s spiciest love triangles.
Meanwhile, Kola’s own image came under fire as housemates accused him of meddling in Imisi’s business. He went on a full-blown “media tour” inside the house, defending his loyalty and intentions. The tension boiled over again during a sponsored roast task when Sultana and Kola traded barbs, one joke about the guys’ beds cut too deep, leaving viewers wondering if their rivalry is about to escalate.

With everyone but three housemates up for eviction, the field feels wide open and fans are sharpening their voting fingers.
So far, Faith sits steady as HoH, Mensan and Zita are safe, and nineteen housemates are on the block. The stripped-down lifestyle has pushed comfort zones, tested patience, and exposed cracks in alliances.
