Betty, the Ethiopian representative, and Bostwana’s Motanma have been evicted from the Big Brother Africa Season 8 after a month in the house.
Motanma, the scientific researcher and student, was initially not nominated but she found herself on the dreaded eviction list courtesy of Diamond House leader, Annabel.
The Kenyan representative was nominated among others but as the leader of the house, she decided to save herself and put up Motanma in her place before the final eviction.
Motanma’s chances of survival was slim from the onset because she was up alongside her country man, O Neal, who was probably favoured than her.
Motanma lost her grandfather few days ago and at some point her stay in the house was in the balance.
However, the ‘official’ Big Brother couple, unfortunately are now separated after Ethiopian Betty was sent packing, leaving her lover, Bolt, a Sierra Leonean.
Bolt seems to be on some sort of lucky streak after getting saved at least thrice thus far.
The love birds have already assured Africa, during their last diary sessions, that they intend to continue their relationship outside the house with Bolt considering either moving to Ethiopia or Betty going to Sierra Leone.
