The Minister of Defence of Chad, Lieutenant General Bichara Issa Djadallah, has assured the Commander of the Multinational Joint Task Force, Major General lucky Irabor, of the Chadian Government’s support in the ongoing fight against terrorism.
The Minister gave the assurance while receiving the Commander of the MNJTF on a courtesy call to his office at the Ministry of Defence, Ndjamena.
In his remarks, the Force Commander thanked the Minister for the warm reception accorded to him and his entourage.
Irabor used the forum to brief the Minister on the current activities, achievements and future plans of the MNJTF.
General Irabor appreciated President Idriss Deby Itno of Chad, the Chadian Armed Forces, security agencies and the good people of Chad for their unflinching support and cooperation.
Irabor was accompanied by the Deputy Force Commander Brigadier General Moussa Mahamat Djoui, Colonel Oumar Doro and Colonel Mustapha Anka.
