Recall that the High Court on the 4th of November, 2021 granted the Applicant, Patrick Eholor leave to file the action against the Attorney General of the Federation and Inspector General of Police. Recall further that the matter was further adjourned to 22nd of November, 2021 for hearing. However, the plaintiff failed to file the substantive suit nor serve the Order of Court on the Respondent.
