The Officer-in-Charge of Press and Public Relations Unit of the service, Sunday James, stated this in a statement issued on Thursday in Abuja.
Recall that The Eagle Online earlier reported that Odele’s passport was seized by the Nigerian Immigration Service on Tuesday, while attempting to leave the country for her birthday celebration.
Prior to this incident, there had been claims that members of the Feminist Coalition were being threatened and efforts made to arrest them for their part in the protests.
