The Kwara State Government has clarified that contrary to public speculation, the state’s current debt portfolio stands at N30,203,632,608.29, with a monthly repayment of N496,367,109.08.

Nwoga told News Agency of Nigeria on Monday in Abuja that the state’s indebtedness was disturbing, and that the state government needed to make the right economic policies and decisions.
