Okorocha said the decision has saved what would have resulted in a blood shed as thugs have continued to attack both party members and the office over the outcome of the last Saturday’s ward congress.
Oyegun made the declaration on Saturday in Katsina during a grand reception organized by the state APC chapter to receive prominent politicians who defected to his party from the PDP.
It would be recalled that Mohammed, now, Minister of Information and Culture, held sway as the party spokesperson during its years as opposition until the party emerged winner in the last presidential election

He said: “Yes, there has been this talk in the media about the state of our finances, but that goes to tell you that just like the economy, the party too is suffering the stress and the strains of funding just like every other institution in our polity
