Dele Alli has been included in Tottenham Hotspur squad for Wednesday’s clash against MLS All-Stars in Colorado.
Alli, whose father is Nigerian, was signed by Spurs during the January transfer window and loaned back to his League One club MK Dons.
Speculations were rife whether the highly rated midfielder will go another loan spell in the coming season or be part of Spurs first-team plans.
Alli scored his first goal for Spurs against Brentford last week.
The MLS All-Stars will parade top stars like Brazil’s Kaka, Steven Gerrard and David Villa, but Nigerian striker, Obafemi Martins, was away from the team following a groin injury which has now sidelined him for more than four weeks.
Former Chelsea and Manchester City star, Frank Lampard, has also been replaced on the squad due to injury.
