World heavyweight champion, Deontay Wilder, is aiming to keep the Tyson Fury saga on United States soil for the rematch.
Wilder and Fury recently shared an epic twelve rounds in a Los Angeles draw.
The second clash looks increasingly likely to stay in America following Wilder’s latest admission.
Asked about potential dates and venues for another Pay-Per-View blockbuster, Wilder named two old boxing haunts as possibilities.
“It could be (Las Vegas). We’ve got a lot of places. I wouldn’t mind going back to New York as well,” Wilder stated.
“A lot of people look at travel and people still want it to be easy access. Vegas makes it easy for people as the airport is right there, five minutes away and you are on the strip.
“We will see when the time comes but I’m open to any place.
“We’re looking at April, May or June. Somewhere in there. I’m excited though.”
On a recent exchange with Fury since their fascinating battle on December 1, Wilder said: “He’s already back in the gym.
“He hit me up with a video telling me how he’s back in the gym and I just hit back saying likewise.
“It’s crazy because his mindset is being back in the gym and mine is the same way.
“I’ve been travelling around the country talking about this fight and talking to people like this rematch is already here.
“For now, I’m going to enjoy the holidays and take a vacation with my family.
“But I’m just so excited as I can visualize how big this can become,” concluded the ‘Bronze Bomber’.
