West Brom are looking to sign out of favour Leicester striker Ahmed Musa in the January transfer window, in an attempt for more firepower in the battle against relegation.
Musa has made just one appearance for Leicester so far this season and is yet to feature under Claude Puel who has gone out of his way to back Kelechi Iheanacho to make an impact for the Foxes in 2018, seemingly pushing Musa closer to the exit door.
The Foxes have also signed Fousseni Diabate this month which is seemingly the final nail in the former CSKA Moscow star’s coffin.
West Brom have lacked any real attacking threat this season, with Salomon Rondon and Hal Robson-Kanu both underperforming and new signing Jay Rodriguez not hitting the ground running.
New boss Alan Pardew will be looking for fresh ideas for his Baggies front line and Musa could be the man to solve their goal-scoring problems and fire them up the table and out of the relegation zone.
