Nigeria pop star, Innocent Idibia, better known as Twoface Idiba, has signed veteran musician and former Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Edo State, Victor Uwaifo, on his Hypertek Digital record label.
The deal was sealed on Saturday at Rumours, a club situated in the Government Reservation Area, Ikeja, Lagos State.
It was learnt the Edo State born popular act will now release his new album on Idibia’s record label.
Uwaifo, it would be recalled, created his own style of music called Joromi and has been in the show business since 1960.
Uwaifo is the Chairman of Joromi organization, which is a multi-track recording and television studio in Benin city, the Edo State capital.
He also runs an art gallery and Victor Uwaifo Hall of Fame.
