Edo State born music maestro, Sir Victor Uwaifo, clocked 74 recently.
And he expressed gratitude to God for his life and success as an artiste.
Uwaifo also thanked all for eulogising him.
He was equally grateful to all the people who have supported him, especially members of his family and friends across the globe, for his success and a fulfilled life.
This was at a thanksgiving service to mark the day at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross, Benin City, the Edo State capital.
The build up to the birthday had begun a month ago when Uwaifo released a double album titled: Legend Reborn.
This was at an album launch in Lagos, which featured top Nigerian music stars such as Twoface Idibia, Ice Prince, Waje, Ozone and Queen Moda.
