Tyson Fury has vowed to “run over” Oleksandr Usyk if they ever cross paths.
However, The Gypsy King suggested his next choice of opponent “doesn’t make sense” as he must choose “who is available”.
Fury defended his WBC heavyweight title in October against Deontay Wilder and looks the best heavyweight in the world at this moment in time.
The chance to prove that point, and become undisputed heavyweight champion, will have to wait, however, with Usyk set to defend his WBO, WBA and IBF titles against Anthony Joshua in a rematch set for either March or April.
The 33-year-old is likely set to face Dillian Whyte next, who, although he was not mandated as the next challenger for Fury, remains in pole position with the WBC.
However, Fury remains composed and cool about his next move, insisting he will fight “who’s available”.
“I’m just chilling, enjoying life, taking one day at a time, and enjoying myself,” Fury told Sky Sports as he attended BOXXER Fight Night in Wembley.
“I’m not really interested, because to be honest it doesn’t really make much sense who I want to fight at this moment. It’s who’s available and what makes sense later on.”
Neither Fury nor Usyk have tasted defeat in their professional careers, with Wilder seeing his unbeaten run ended in vicious fashion by the Brit.
And Usyk has been told to expect similar treatment from Fury, provided he can once again get past Joshua in their heavyweight title rematch.
Fury told IFL TV: “I’ll take the little cruiserweight guy, show you how to give a little, small man a good hiding.
“I’ll run him over. He’ll look like he’s been run over by an 18-wheeler, just like Deontay Wilder.
“I’ll reverse back over him and then run him over again.”
