Barely weeks after the grand opening of Hon James Faleke’s nite club, I Level, located at Isheri/Ijaiye Road, Ogba, Lagos, tongues have begun to wag over the location of the fun spot.
Ogba and Ojodu residents, especially road users such as Danfo and Cab drivers, have been complaining bitterly about the incessant hold up on the road after the place was commissioned.
A cab driver, who simply identified himself as Ishola, wondered how a government official could site such a business on the narrow and ever busy Isheri Road.
In Ishola’s words: “We face very tight gridlock on daily basis, especially during the club hours.
“Their customers park at will along both sides of the road, causing inconvenience for the road users because there is no parking space for the club and this is becoming unbearable.”
A close aide of the top politician however disclosed that the former chairman is working in that direction to curb the situation.
