Bayern Munich halted their training session on Sunday amid fears Corentin Tolisso was suffering a heart attack, reports say.
The midfielder suddenly stopped during training and sat down on the grass, holding his hand against his heart.
Bild claim head coach Niko Kovac immediately stopped training and the club doctor, Peter Ueblacker, checked on Tolisso.
After concerns the 25-year-old could be having a heart attack, it was judged Tolisso was suffering from a bout of dizziness.
The training session was open to the public and Bayern confirmed afterwards that Tolisso had recovered and was ‘okay’.
Tolisso was training on Sunday with the rest of the Bayern squad who weren’t involved in the 2-2 draw with Augsburg on Saturday.
After dropping points against Augsburg, Bayern sit third in the Bundesliga table.
