A former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Tuesday visited Senator Magnus Abe in a London, United Kingdom hospital, where he is being treated.
Abe was on Sunday shot at by policemen who wanted to disperse a rally by Save Rivers Movement in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The police denied shooting Abe, one of the three representatives of Rivers State in the Senate.
Abe was however flown to London after initial treatment in Nigeria.
The name of the hospital where Abe is being treated was not disclosed.
Tinubu, sources said, will return to the country on Wednesday after the visit to Abe.
